Zusammenfassung

Heilung und Regeneration eines zuvor geschädigten Gewebes setzen teilungsfähige Zellen voraus. Ziel dieser experimentellen Arbeit war es, an einem Tiermodell den Anteil teilungsfähiger Zellen sofort, 2 Tage und 14 Tage nach Laseranwendung zu bestimmen. Gleichzeitig sollten mögliche Unterschiede in der Proliferationsrate epithelialer und bindegewebiger Zellpopulationen untersucht werden.
