Zusammenfassung

Im vorliegenden Artikel soll eingangs ein kurzer Überblick über die Anwendungsgebiete der Thrombozytenaggregationsteste gegeben werden. Es werden die Probleme im Umgang mit Thrombozyten dargestellt. Zur Minimierung dieser Probleme wird ein neues leistungsfähiges Meßsystem zur Messung der Thrombozytenaggregation mit seiner Validierung vorgestellt.
