Zusammenfassung

Hämangiome der Blase sind seltene Geschwülste. Zum Teil sind sie zweifellos angeborenen Ursprungs, da der Patient infolge seiner konstitutionellen Veranlagung zur Nävusbildung auch an anderen Körperstellen kavernöse Neubildungen aufweist, welche den Verdacht auf eine gleichartige Geschwulstbildung in der Blase lenken und so die Erkenntnis erleichtern. Ein 3jähriges Kind, welches nach einer Beobachtung Lanes an einem Hämangiom der Blase litt, zeigte in der Glutealgegend mehrere kleine Nävi. Bei der 11jährigen Patientin Berliners war an der Labie ein walnußgroßes teleangiektatisches Hämangiom vorhanden. Die 13jährige Patientin Bachrachs zeigte an der Außenseite des rechten Oberschenkels unregelmäßig begrenzte Nävi.
