Zusammenfassung

Allergische Reaktionen stellen die cellulärpathologische Folge von abgelaufenen Immunreaktionen dar. Nach phänomenologischen Gesichtspunkten werden grob die Allergieformen des Soforttyps von denen des verzögerten Typs unterschieden. Beispiele für die ersteren sind der anaphylaktische Schock, das Arthus-Phänomen und schließlich auch Heufieber und Asthma. Zu den Allergien vom verzögerten Typ zählen dagegen die Infektionsallergien mit der Tuberkulinallergie als Prototyp, die Transplantations-und Tumorimmunität sowie die Kontaktallergien.
