Abstract

The increased speed of the automobile today is associated with an era of rapid transportation. Our highly mobile population has created new problems. Modern super-highways are now commonplace. Late model high-powered automobiles are often devastating following collision with the average pedestrian. Auto versus auto collisions occur with increasing frequency and provide ample opportunity to evaluate and treat multiple body system injuries.
