Zusammenfassung

In den letzten Jahren wurden anläßlich der Suche nach stark curare-wirksamen Verbindungen in unserem Institut von Nádor, Küttel-Issekutz, N. Kovatsits und Pórszász-Gibiszer 1, 2 zahlreiche neue quaternäre Ammoniumsalze hergestellt. Ihre pharmakologische Untersuchung ließ interessante Zusammenhänge zwischen Wirkung und chemischer Struktur vermuten und führte zur Entdeckung neuer, therapeutisch verwendbarer Arzneimittel.
