Zusammenfassung

Die Aktinomykose ist eine endogene relativ seltene nicht ansteckende akute, subakute, meist aber chronische entzündliche Erkrankung, die durch polymorphe Läsionen — häufig von tumoralem Aspekt, sowie starke Bindegewebsreaktion — gekennzeichnet ist, und unter Progredienz zur Abscedierung und Fistelbildung neigt. Sie gehört zu den ersten „Pilzerkrankungen“ der inneren Organe, die bekannt wurden.
