Zusammenfassung
Die Abhängigkeit der endogenen Rhythmik vom Licht kommt schon in einer Modifikation der Periodenlänge im Dauerlicht zum Ausdruck. Dieser Effekt wurde seit 1939 (Johnson) wiederholt beschrieben.
„Die periodische Bewegung an sich ist unabhängig von dem Wechsel der Beleuchtung, aber die periodische Bewegung in dem Zeitmaß, wie sie unter gewöhnlichen Verhältnissen auftritt, wird durch den Lichtreiz bestimmt... “
