Zusammenfassung

Die DC ist eine einfache, schnelle und empfindliche Methode zur qualitativen und quantitativen Analyse von Gemischen niedermolekularer Zucker und ihrer Derivate. In den wenigen Jahren, seit sie von Stahl und Kaltenbach [1] auch auf diesem Gebiet mit Erfolg angewandt wurde, hat sie sich zur Lösung zahlreicher analytischer Probleme bewährt. Dieses Kapitel berücksichtigt zwei Klassen von Verbindungen: Die hydrophilen Kohlenhydrate und ihre zumeist lipophilen Derivate.
