Zusammenfassung

In der Nahrungsmittelanalyse fallen der Dünnschicht-Chromatographie folgende Aufgaben zu:

  1. a)

    Chromatographische Trennung und Analyse der Hauptbestandteile eines Nahrungs- oder Genußmittels und Abtrennung und Erkennung von Spurenbestandteilen, die unter Umständen zur Charakterisierung oder für die Wirkung von besonderem Interesse sind.

  2. b)

    Abtrennung und Analyse der zugesetzten Hilfsstoffe, z. B. von Antioxydantien, von Konservierungsmitteln und Schutzstoffen gegen Insekten usw.
