Zusammenfassung

Die angeborenen Stenosen des arteriellen Gefäßsystems lassen sich nach ihrer Lokalisation in folgende Gruppen unterteilen:

  • Die an Zahl und klinischer Bedeutung ganz im Vordergrund stehende, typische Coarctatio aortae bzw. die sog. „Aortenisthmusstenose“1 (s. S. 716).

  • Die supravalvuläre Aortenstenose (s. S. 746).

  • Die Hypoplasie der Aorta ascendens (s. S. 747).

  • Die Stenose, die Hypoplasie und die Atresie des Aortenbogens (s. S. 748).

  • Die Stenose und die Atresie der Aorta thoracica descendens und der Aorta abdominalis (s. S. 750).

  • Die Stenosen der peripheren Arterien (s. S. 754).

  • Die Stenosen der Arteria pulmonalis (s. S. 754).
