Multicriteria Decision Models with Specified Goal Levels

  • Conference paper
Multiple Criteria Decision Making Theory and Application

Part of the book series: Lecture Notes in Economics and Mathematical Systems ((LNE,volume 177))

Summary

This paper describes multicriteria decision models with several types of goal interpretations. We consider decision makers who simultaneously

  • maximize several objective functions,

  • wish to attain several goals as close as possible,

  • want to reach several aspiration levels,

  • pursue several well-defined fixed goals.
