Abstract
As a result of the remarkable progress in information technology, every aspect of diversified socioeconomic activities in the world has increasingly become dependent upon information. As satellites and ocean cables interconnect telecommunication and broadcasting networks of many countries, the socioeconomic activities in these countries are becoming closely knit, transcending physical distances.
