Zusammenfassung
In letzter Zeit mehren sich Mitteilungen in der Literatur über Serumlipidveränderun-gen unter einer Therapie mit Antihypertensiva. Die Frage, wie gravierend diese durch Antihypertonika induzierten Fettstoffwechselstörungen sind und ob dadurch atherogene Risiken entstehen, wird zunehmend diskutiert. Die Suche nach Antihypertonika -induzierten Lipoproteinveränderungen ist von klinischem Interesse, da aufgrund epidemiologischer Daten einerseits eine Abnahme der als protektiv geltenden high-density-Lipoproteinfraktion (HDL-Cholesterin) und andererseits eine Zunahme der als atherogen geltenden low-density-Lipoprotein-Cholesterinfraktion (LDL-Cholesterin) mit einem erhöhten Risiko einer koronaren Herzkrankheit einhergehen (3, 11). Zur besseren verständigung sollen die nachfolgenden Tabellen 1–4 dienen.
