Trotz der großen klinischen und histologischen Variationsbreite granulomatöser Hautinfiltrate gibt es auch Gemeinsamkeiten. Diese bestehen

  1. a)

    in der Chronizität,

  2. b)

    in der meist ungeklärten Ätiologie und

  3. c)

    in der meist schlechten therapeutischen Beeinflußbarkeit.
