Morbus Hailey-Hailey und Morbus Darier-White

Zusammenfassung

Genau vor 100 Jahren wurde die Dyskeratosis follicularis als selbständige Entität gleichzeitig in Frankreich von Darier (Ann. Dermatol. Syph. 1889, 10:597–612) und in den USA von White (J. Cut. Genito-Urin. Dis. 1889, 7:201–209) beschrieben. Genau 50 Jahre später beschrieben die Brüder Howard und Hugh Hailey (Arch. Dermatol. Syph., 1939, 39:679–685) den Pemphigus benignus chronicus familiaris. Die nosologischen Diskussionen, die durch diese Beschreibungen entstanden sind, haben nicht aufgehört und trotz der fortschreitenden ultrastrukturellen, biochemischen und genetischen Untersuchungen bis heute keinen endgültigen Schlüssel zur Differentialdiagnose des M. Darier-White und des M. Hailey-Hailey geliefert.
