Simultane Nierenarterien- und aorto-iliacale Rekonstruktion bei einem Patienten mit Hypernephrom

Summary

Of 55 patients (1980–87) with simultaneous aorto-iliac and renal vascular reconstruction, a special case with two hypernephromas in the only functioning kidney was presented. Video recordings showed pre- and postoperative findings and the operation. The steps of the operation were as follows: (1) enucleation of the renal tumours after cold in-situ perfusion with lactated Ringer; (2) vascular reconstruction by aorto-renal bypass (right), aorto-biprofundal bypass with bilateral profundoplasty, and a prostheto-renal bypass (left).

Zusammenfassung

Ein besonderer Fall aus einem Krankengut von 55 Patienten (1980–87), die renale und aortoiliacale Gefäßrekonstruktionen simultan erhielten, zeigte zwei Hypernephrome einer funktionellen Solitärniere. Neben den prae- und postoperativen Befunden zeigen Videoaufnahmen die Nieren-tumor-Enukleation in kalter Ischämie nach in-situ Perfusion mit Ringer-Lactat und die vasculare Rekonstruktion, die einen aorto-renalen Dacronbypass rechts, aorto-biprofundalen Bypass mit Pro-fundaplastik beidseits und einen protheto-renalen Bypass links umfaßte.
