Zusammenfassung
En 1952 Bernstein et McGilvery ont obtenu à partir d’un homogénat de foie de rat une préparation qui, en présence d’ATP1 et d’ions magnésium, catalyse la synthèse de l’acide aminophénylsulfurique à partir d’aminophénol et de sulfate minéral. Si l’on incube un tel système avec le sulfate, il s’accumule dans le milieu un intermédiaire appelé «sulfate actif» qui permet une estérification plus rapide de l’aminopliénol.
