Zusammenfassung

Das Ziel der vorliegenden Arbeit war es, ein im Hinblick auf das Rapid Product Development (RPD) angepaßtes Planungssystem zu entwerfen und prototypisch zu implementieren. Dabei stand die Problematik der Dezentralisierung von Planungsaufgaben und der damit verbundenen engen Vernetzung von projekt- und produktdatengenerierenden Prozessen im Vordergrund. Ferner galt es dem evolutionären Charakter des Entwicklungsprozesses und den damit verbundenen Auswirkungen auf die Planungsaufgabe bei der Konzeption des Systems Rechnung zu tragen. Dieses Ziel wurde durch die Entwicklung des teamorientierten Planungssystems TOPP erreicht.
