Abstract
„It is generally recognised that the manner in which Masters, Officers and Seamen of the Mercantile Marine have kept our ships going has been of the utmost value to the country during the war, but there is one point to which the Admiralty and the Board of Trade feel bound to call attention.1)
The following is a copy of a letter addressed by the Board of Trade to the Liverpool and London War Risks Insurance Association Limited:— Board of Trade, Whitehall Gardens, S.W., 17th April, 1916.
