Zusammenfassung
PL/SQL ist für Softwareentwickler, die eine prozedurale Sprache wie zum Beispiel C bereits kennen, sehr leicht erlernbar. Zum einen ist die Sprache nicht sehr umfangreich und zum anderen bietet PL/SQL kein neues Programmierparadigma, sondern greift auf traditionelle Ideen wie strenge Blockstrukturierung und Variablentypbindung zurück.
