Zusammenfassung

Bildgebende Verfahren in der Gynäkologie gewinnen zunehmend an Bedeutung. Neben der percutanen Sonographie haben sich endosonographische Verfahren etabliert. In der MRI werden zunehmend Erfahrungen gesammelt. Der Einsatz bildgebender Verfahren in der Gynäkologie sollte zielgerichtet, abhängig von der klinischen Fragestellung, möglichst effizient geschehen. Dargestellt wird der derzeitige Stand der Anwendung der MRI und endosonographischer Verfahren anhand klinisch wichtiger Fragestellungen.
