Zusammenfassung
Zunehmend verlangen die Patientinnen nach einem Brustaufbau eine MamillenAreolarekonstruktion. In den meisten Fällen wird sie als letzter Schritt gesondert von der eigentlichen Rekonstruktion durchgeführt. Die Position der zukünftigen Brustwarze muß tags zuvor nach Augenmaß angezeichnet oder, unter Absprache mit der Patientin, mit einem aufklebbaren Phantom festgelegt werden. Da eine rekonstruierte Brust in Form und Konsistenz immer Unterschiede zur Gegenseite aufweist, verbietet sich ein Anzeichnen mit dem Maßband.
