Zusammenfassung
Nach wie vor bestehen unterschiedliche Meinungen hinsichtlich des operativen Vorgehens beim Nierenkarzinom. Während sich der transabdominale Zugang weitgehend durchgesetzt hat, wird der Wert der Lymphadenektomie weiterhin kontrovers diskutiert. Anhand einer retrospektiven Auswertung des eigenen Krankenguts soll die Prognose des Nierenkarzinoms nach Tumornephrektomie mit Lymphadenektomie ermittelt und der Wert der Lymphadenektomie beurteilt werden.
