Zusammenfassung
Das Karzinom der Niere metastasiert bekannterweise bevorzugt hämatogen über den venösen Abstrom aus der Niere. Daneben gibt es aber die regionäre lymphogene Absiedlung, die eine zeitlang stationär bleibt und dann weiter schreitet, entweder über direkte lymphovenöse Wege oder über den Ductus thoracicus. Wie weit und wie oft so primär- und sekundär-hämatogen aufeinander folgen oder auch alternativ vorsichgehen, wissen wir nicht. Die Tumomephrektomie, verbunden mit systematischer Lymphdissektion, trifft regionale Metastasierung in etwa 25% der Fälle an [2].
