Zusammenfassung

Die Abhandlung der Tracheo-Bronchialtumoren kann sich nicht allein auf die Besprechung echter Geschwülste beschränken, weil nicht nur diese, sondern auch andere Erkrankungen zu einer Einengung oder Verlegung des Lumens führen können und damit die gleichen Folgeerscheinungen in der Lunge nach sich ziehen wie die histologisch tatsächlich Geschwulstcharakter besitzenden Neubildungen. Deshalb sollen nachfolgend auch entzündliche Veränderungen in der Tracheo-Bronchiallichtung sowie die Folgen äußerer Einwirkung Berücksichtigung finden, zumal sie oft erst durch die bioptische Untersuchung oder am Sektionstisch in ihrem wahren Charakter voll aufgeklärt werden können.
