Zusammenfassung

Die Pathogenese erworbener Thrombozytopathien ist bisher nur unzureichend aufgeklärt. Klinische Erfahrung zeigt, daß bei Patienten mit lokaler oder disseminierter intravasaler Gerinnung, wie sie z. B. im Rahmen einer Sepsis beobachtet wird, eine Störung der primären Blutstillung auftreten kann, die über das Maß der Thrombozytopenie hinausgeht. In den vorliegenden Untersuchungen wurden deswegen Thrombozyten in vitro mit Thrombin behandelt und funktionelle sowie biochemische Eigenschaften derartiger Plättchen bestimmt.
