Zusammenfassung

Im Rahmen einer repräsentativen Kohortenuntersuchung der Geburtsjahrgänge 1935, 1945, 1955 erfassen wir auf der Basis eines ca. dreistündigen Interviews Art, Anzahl und Verteilung neurotischer, psychosomatischer und anderer überwiegend psychogener Störungen (ICD 300–307, B. Revision) bei ca. 600 deutschen Erwachsenen der industriellen Großstadt Mannheim. Die hier vorgestellte Studie bezieht sich auf eine Stichprobe von 100 „psychisch Gesunden“ einer vorläufigen Auszählung bei 262 Personen der Feldstichprobe.
