Zusammenfassung

Bei Patienten mit hochgradigem sekundärem Hyperparathyreoidismus wurde unerträglicher Pruritus beschrieben [1], der sich nach Parathyreoidectomie rasch zurückbildete. Bei diesen Patienten wurde der Pruritus auf einen veränderten, relativ erhöhten Haut-Calcium-Gehalt zurückgeführt.
