Zusammenfassung
Bei niereninsuffizienten Frauen kommt es bei einem Serum-Kreatinin über 3 mg/dl regelmäßig zur Entwicklung eines hypogonadotropen Hypogonadismus mit nachfolgender Sterilität [3,6]. Graviditäten sind deshalb bei diesem Patientenkreis eine Seltenheit. Dies trifft ganz besonders für das dialysepflichtige Terminalstadium der Niereninsuffizienz zu. Unter den ca. 13 000 Dialysepatientinnen im Alter von 15 bis 44 Jahren, die bis Ende 1978 vom EDTA-Registry erfaßt waren, wurden nur 16 ausgetragene Schwangerschaften berichtet [17]. Nach einer erfolgreichen Nierentransplantation kommt es jedoch innerhalb eines Zeitraumes von 4 Wochen bis zu 12 Monaten zu regelmäßigen Menstruationen und Ovulationen [8, 11]. Bisher wurde in Europa über 100[17} und in Nordamerika über 279 [14] Kinder nierentransplantierter Mütter berichtet.
