Atypische Retinopathia pigmentosa inversa

Zusammenfassung

Bisher kennt man die zentrale und perizentrale Retinopathia pigmentosa inversa. Vor kurzem fanden wir eine dritte Form dieses Leidens; sie wird als „sektorenförmige inverse Retinopathia pigmentosa“bezeichnet. Dabei besteht eine Inkongruenz zwischen dem Ausmaß der Netzhautpigmentation und der Ausdehnung der Läsionen im Niveau des Pigmentepithels und der Choriocapillaris. Der ungewöhnliche morphologische Befund spiegelt sich in einer adäquaten Gesichtsfeldstörung wider.

Summary

Till now the central and pericentral retinopathia pigmentosa inversa are known. A little while ago we found a third form of this disease; it is denoted as “sectoral inverse retinopathia pigmentosa”. In such a case the pigmentation of the retina and the lesions at the level of the pigment epithelium and choriocapillaris do not coincide. The disturbance of the visual field fits to the unusual morphological finding.

Résumé

Jusqu’à présent on connait la rétinopathie pigmentaire inverse centrale et péricentrale. Il y a peu de temps que nous avons trouvé une troisième forme de cette affection; elle s’appelle «rétinopathie pigmentaire inverse en secteur». Elle est manifestée par une incongruence entre la dimension de la pigmentation rétinienne et l’extension des lésions au niveau de l’epithélium pigmentaire et de la choriocapillaire. Cette constatation morphologique extraordinaire se réfléchit par une dérangement adéquate de champs visuel.
