Zusammenfassung
Es ist bekannt, daß sklerotische Areale und Netzhautforamina meist durch Zug von Glaskörpersträngen wie auch von Resten der Arteria hyaloidea entstehen (Pau). In der letzten Zeit, da mehr Menschen aus dem Mittelmeerraum und Afrika nach Deutschland kommen, kann man gelegentlich die gleichen pathologischen Netzhautveränderungen beobachten, die aber nicht als lokales Geschehen, sondern im Rahmen einer Allgemeinerkrankung auftreten. So wurden in unserer Klinik innerhalb der letzten 6 Monate zwei Westafrikaner wegen Sehverschlechterung und eine Türkin nebst zwei ihrer Kinder untersucht.
