Zusammenfassung
Zusammenfassend kann festgestellt werden, daß nach therapeutischen Laser-Coagulationen der Kaninchenretina, die ohne Blutungen und Lochbildungen einhergehen, vor allem die äußere Körnerschicht, die Stäbchen und Zapfen sowie das Pigmentepithel verändert werden. Die Bruchsche Membran bleibt intakt. Innerhalb der Choriocapil-laris treten in den ersten Std nach Coagulation vermehrte Granulocyten auf. Später kommen Zellen hinzu, die einen großen Kern mit einer elektronendichten Randzone aufweisen und als Histocyten angesprochen werden können. Über weitere ultrastrukturelle Untersuchungen, die wir z. Z. auch an der menschlichen Retina nach Laser-Coagulationen durchführen, soll später berichtet werden.
