Sehnervenbeteiligung bei sekundärer blastomatöser Meningiosis

Zusammenfassung

An 4 Fällen blastomatöser Meningiosis werden ophthalmoskopischer Befund, Funktion (Sehschärfe, Gesichtsfeld) und pathologisch-histologische Veränderungen des Sehnerven verglichen. Das Ausmaß der tumorösen Infiltration ist klinisch nicht zu erfassen. Zur Erhaltung des Sehvermögens sind palliative Bestrahlung des retrobulbären Raumes und intrathekale Cytostatikabehandlung angezeigt.

Summary

In four cases of involvement of the optical nerve in tumorous meningiosis the clinical picture and the pathological changes are compared. Neither the ophthalmoscopical nor the functional changes give a hint on the degree of the cellular infiltration. Early radiation and intrathekal cytostatics are indicated.

Resumée

Des examens functionnels (vision et champs visuels) ophthalmoscopiques, de mêmes que des modifications structurelles anatomo-pathologiques ont été comparés dans 4 cas de meningiosis blastomateuse. Il en resuite que l’examen clinique ne peut donner une appréciation de l’infiltration tumoreuse. Pour maintenir une vision intacte, il est recommandé de practiquer une radiotherapie de l’espace retrobulbaire et d’employer les cytostatiques.
