Visuell evozierte Antworten bei Patienten mit Ethambutol-Schäden

Zusammenfassung

Bei 3 Fällen von Ethambutolaugenschaden, bei denen 5 Monate bis 2 ½ Jahre nach Absetzen des Medikamentes noch eine erhebliche Sehstörung zurückgeblieben ist, wurden visuell evozierte Antworten (VER) abgeleitet. Die Schwellenänderung der visuell evozierten Antworten war deutlich geringer als die Visusminderung.
