Zusammenfassung

Den Referenten wurde die Aufgabe gestellt, über operative Eingriffe in der sellären und parasellären Region unter besonderer Berücksichtigung der hier vorkommenden Tumoren sowie der sogenannten Arachnitis optico-chiasmatica zu berichten. Im einzelnen werden besprochen:

  • die Hypophysenadenome,

  • die Kraniopharyngeome,

  • die sellanahen Meningeome (mediale Keilbeinflügelmeningeome, Olfaktoriusmeningeome und supraselläre Meningeome),

  • die Opticus- und Chiasmagliome und

  • die sogenannte Arachnitis optico-chiasmatica.
