Zusammenfassung

Fortschritte in der funktionellen Charakterisierung zirkulierender Lymphocyten und Methoden zur Erfassung von Subpopulationen dieser Zellen haben die Immunpathologie lymphatischer Erkrankungen neuerlich zur Diskussion gestellt. Lympathische Systemerkrankungen können im Hinblick auf die Beteiligung funktionell unterschiedlicher und methodisch differenzierbarer Anteile [22, 40, 42] des lymphatischen Gewebes charakterisiert werden. Wie gezeigt werden soll, ergeben sich daraus Hinweise und auch praktisch wichtige Schlußfolgerungen zur Pathogenese, Klinik und Differentialdiagnose dieser Zustandsbilder.
