Summary
Several experimental series were performed on dogs in which fresh, preserved, traumatised and freeze-killed homogenous corneal donor tissue was transplanted. The results show that the post-graft membran is a coagulum formed by the secondary aquous humor. Endothelial damage is necessary for the membran to adhere to the tissue of the transplant. The invasion of the membran by fibroblasts is a secondary process.
Résumé
De la cornée fraiche, conservée, traumatisée et congelée a été transplantée dans des expériences sur le chien.
Les résultats ont montré que la membrane rétrotransplantée qui se forme est au début un coagulum d’humeur aqueuse secondaire qui colle au transplantat là où se trouvent toujours des lésions de l’endothèle.
Les fibroblastes, poussant des racines de la cornée-récepteur semblent représenter un processus secondaire.
Zusammenfassung
Frisches konserviertes traumatisiertes und durch Kälte getötetes Hornhautspendermaterial wurde in Experimenten am Hund transplantiert.
Die Ergebnisse zeigten, daß die sich bildende retrotransplantare Membran primär ein Coagulum des sekundären Kammerwassers ist, das dort am Transplantat haftet wo immer Endothelschäden vorliegen. Das Einwachsen von Fibroblasten aus der Wirtshornhaut scheint ein sekundärer Prozeß zu sein.
