Zusammenfassung

Patienten mit einer chronischen Niereninsuffizienz, insbesondere sog. Dauerdialysepatienten, sind durch Herz- und Kreislaufkomplikationen gefährdet. Es wurde deshalb die kardiopulmonale Belastung bei sechs Dialysepatienten in Ruhe und bei körperlicher Arbeit durch ergospirometrische Untersuchungen objektiviert.
