Zusammenfassung

Beim Nierengesunden unterliegen Harnfluß und Ausscheidung gelöster Substanzen im Urin einem ausgeprägten Tag-Nachtrhythmus. Dieser Rhythmus, dessen eigentliche Ursache bislang ungeklärt blieb, ist weitgehend unabhängig vom Schlaf-Wachzustand [1, 2], Nahrungsaufnahme [3], Körperhaltung [4, 5], Flüssigkeits- [6] und Kochsalzzufuhr [7].
