Zusammenfassung

Das Referat, das wir Ihnen im folgenden vortragen werden, soll als Einleitung zu einer Round Table Diskussion dienen. Damit ist die uns gestellte Aufgabe anders, als es sonst in einem derartigen Falle zu sein pflegt. Wir sehen den Sinn unseres Referates nicht darin, einen zusammenfassenden Überblick darüber zu geben, wie weit aktuelle Probleme der Strabismusoperation als gelöst anzusehen sind, wie also der Stand unseres Wissens auf diesem Gebiet ist, sondern darin, persönliche Ansichten zu offenen, noch ungeklärten Fragen darzulegen, um diese so in der anschließenden Diskussion einer Lösung näher zu bringen.
