Zusammenfassung

Untersuchungen mit dem Plättchenaggregationstest nach Breddin [1] ergaben bei etwa 60 bis 80% der Patienten mit Thrombosen und fortgeschrittener Arteriosklerose eine gesteigerte Plättchenaggregationsneigung. Hier handelt es sich nicht um eine Eigenschaft der Thrombocyten selbst; die gesteigerte Aggregationsneigung wird durch einen Plasmafaktor hervorgerufen. Resuspendiert man Plättchen Gesunder im Plasma Gefäßkranker, so werden die Thrombocyten aggregiert.
