Zusammenfassung

Bei hochgradigem Fibrinogenmangel fehlt das eigentliche Substrat der Blutgerinnung. Diese Störung macht Untersuchungen über Beziehungen zwischen Thrombocyten und Gerinnung während der Blutstillung möglich.
