Zusammenfassung

Störungen des Mineral- und Wasserhaushaltes spielen in Pathophysiologie und Klinik vieler endokriner Erkrankungen eine wesentliche Rolle. Ihre Auswirkungen haben zum Teil nur pathophysiologische Bedeutung, zum Teil stehen die renal bedingten Veränderungen endokriner Erkrankungen im Vordergrund des Minisehen Bildes, wie z. B. das „akute Nierenversagen“ mit Hyperkaliämie bei der Addison-Krise oder die Myxödem-Nephropathie (Labrart u. Scheitlin).
