Zusammenfassung
Etwa 70% aller Harnsteine bestehen aus Ca-Oxalat. Hauptursache dieser Steinentstehung ist eine Übersättigung des Urins an steinbildenden Substanzen. Änderungen des Oxalat-Anteiles sind für eine Übersättigung des Urins mit Ca-Oxalat bedeutsamer als vergleichbare Änderungen des Ca-Gehaltes (1).
