Zusammenfassung
Untersuchungen der Urinsättigung bezüglich steinbildender Calciumsalze zeigten, daß der Urin sowohl beim Steingesunden wie beim Steinbildner häufig übersättigt ist (Elliot 1967, Yarbo 1958,Robertson et al. 1968, 1971, Pak 1969). Weshalb nun diese Übersättigung beim Gesunden zu keiner Auskristallisation oder nur zu einer harmlosen Kristallurie, beim Kranken aber zur Bildung von eigentlichen Harnwegskonkrementen führt, konnte bisher nicht befriedigend erklärt werden.
