Zusammenfassung
Die Idealoperation bei der Koronarstenose ist die lokale Rekonstruktion. Sie ist aber nur möglich bei proximal liegenden Kurzstreckenverschlilssen und freiem Ausfluß nach distal, etwa wie bei einer Stenose direkt am Abgang der A. descendens anterior.
