Zusammenfassung
Über die Arrhythmien, die immer ein sehr großes elektrokardiographisches Interesse gefunden haben, fehlen genügende hämodynamische Studien, welche die Umstellungen des Kreislaufs aufgrund experimenteller Untersuchungen sorgfältig analysieren (1–6). Beim Menschen wurden Untersuchungen zur Herzdynamik der Arrhythmien mit indirekten Methoden (7–9) und gelegentlich bei Herzkatheterisierungen (10–11) vorgenommen. In früheren Studien (12–22) wurden die mechanischen Effekte von Extrasystolen und Gemischtsystolen (fusion beats), ferner von Vorhofflimmern und -flattern sowie von ventrikulären Tachykardien dargestellt.
