Zusammenfassung
Im Prinzip besteht das Verfahren mittels Zymosan den Properdintiter eines Serums zu bestimmen darin, daß man das im Serum befindliche P sich an Z binden läßt. Das PZ wird abzentrifugiert und mit RP versetzt. Dadurch wird das in RP befindliche C′3 in dem Maße, in welchem P in PZ enthalten ist, inaktiviert, was sich durch Titration des C′3 messen läßt.
