Abstract
The patterns in the “Blend Patterns” section show different types circular blends next to each other. The start and end point of the blend direction line determine the locations and distances between the centers of the circles. Some patterns can be used for elliptical blends. Others are based on a combination of two circles, but only circle segments or distorted circles are used to create these blends.
